Message from Vice-Chancellor, BLDE (Deemed to be University)

I warmly welcome you to the UNESCO/UNITWIN Network Web seminar 2020 at BLDE (Deemed to be University), Vijayapura, Karnataka, India to be held on August 6-7, 2020. I am truly excited about the scientific sessions, and a wide variety of ideas that scholars and practitioners will bring into our fold. This richness of ideas promises well for the scientific growth and exchanges of knowledge in the field of life sciences particularly on health sciences under UNESCO/UNITWIN networking institutions. The theme for this year's conference, “Current concepts of Environmental Pollution by Electromagnetic field and Corona Virus” is particularly appropriate in the era of climate change where basic science research can be translated in applied sciences to benefit mankind. I greatly appreciate Prof. Sinerik Ayrapetyan and UNESCO/UNITWIN Coordinators to select BLDE (Deemed to be University), Vijayapura, India as host organizer of this historical science conference. The successful organization of this conference has required the talents, dedication and time of many volunteers as participants, students, researchers, faculty members and professionals. We are sure that we shall get all the required support to make this conference a memorable one in the history of any scientific endeavours. I hope all of you will enjoy active participation of science here at BLDE (Deemed to be University) campus.
